"Madame Millicent " and Portia
Millie is a 12 year Old Border Terrier rescue who is always the first to greet guests and is simply THE best at picking photo locations. Here she is featured with her loving companion, Portia, who is the lucky resident of MOH and the first point of contact when making a booking. This Dynamic Duo decided to launch MOH as a wedding venue after Portia and her husband, Ryan, held their wedding reception on Willow Lawn after a ceremony in Morley St Peter's Church. Millie attends service whenever she can and is much adored by her "baby", Wellington - a very handsome black Labrador.
Hannah
Hannah is the bubbliest and friendliest of all the team at MOH and because of this and her "nothing-is-too-much-trouble" attitude, she is the one who has the most contact with our lovely guests. Hannah handles all the viewings, the housekeeping and is responsible for Lilly - "Glamor Goat" who can fill her paniers with confetti, champagne or beer!
The Men of MOH
The beautiful grounds and gorgeous animals would not be possible with out Paul and Ryan . They both work incredibly hard to make sure everting is tip top but much like "Eduardo" the Bull , we don't let them mingle with the guests too much !!
Morley Old Hall is a family run business that takes pride in offering a bespoke and unique service at affordable rates. We work closely with local providers and are dedicated to helping other small independently run businesses.
We are developing our small heard of purebred Belted Galloway cattle (Belties) along side our Saddleback pigs, Boer goats and native British breeds of sheep . We keep a wide variety of chickens for eggs and turkeys for the festive season. Our vegetable garden means that we aim to offer seasonal vegetable boxes along side meat packs to our self catering guests. Our motto is "Happy Animals are Tasty Animals"!
